Telesales
(A) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call customers on a daily basis to obtain orders and punch in orders.

Make contact with potential customers to persuade them to open accounts.

Liaise with Credit Controllers to ensure customers are creditworthy and are buying within their limits and accounts are up to date.

Advise customers of specials and discounts on products as and when these occur.

Liaise with internal staff and external agents, eg. procurement specialist, and suppliers to obtain knowledge of substitute products where certain items are out of stock or not available.

Undertake any reasonable tasks as and when required.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE (needed before a person can be accepted for appointment)
QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential: Gr 12 level of education (NQF Level 4)

Preferred: Diploma in Customer Services or relevant qualification or studying towards Diploma
EXPERIENCE:
-
Essential: At least 3 year s relevant experience in sales or call centre. Must be sales driven and have a passion for sales. Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet packages, eg. MS Word, Excel.

Preferred: 3 or more years relevant pharmaceutical experience in sales or call centre. Fluent in Afrikaans. Syspro friendly
Remuneration: Negotiable
Customer Care
(B) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle queries from customers about discrepancies or complaints regarding ordered products received but not meeting customer requirements and expectations.

Record and follow up customer queries and complaints and ensure that customers are satisfied with the outcome of action taken to rectify the situation..

Liaise with relevant internal staff to ensure that the level and frequency of complaints and queries are minimized and avoidable errors such as incomplete orders processed, product pricing, etc. are reduced to an acceptable level.

Undertake clerical and administrative tasks that may be assigned.

Undertake any reasonable tasks as and when required.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential: Gr 12 level of education (NQF Level4)

Preferred: Computer proficiency
Certificate in Customer CareSkills.
EXPERIENCE:

Essential: At least 3 year s relevant experience of customer service duties. Good communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. Possess a pleasant personality when dealing with people.
